These instructions are written for Windows users. You will need to download and install WinZip from www.winzip.com After you have winzip installed, follow these instructions: Double-click on the My Computer icon to open it. If the data is located on your C:\ drive, double-click it to open.
Locate the folder with your data. Example: Fund Accounting data is usually located in a folder named "Fund". Right-click on the Fund folder. A menu should appear. Choose Winzip - Add to Fund.zip
Now you should see a file called Fund.zip Please rename the Fund.zip to the name of your school. This will help us determining who the data belongs to.
Open the Internet Explorer program. In the address bar, type in: ftp://ftp.datateam.com You should see two folders, Incoming and Outgoing.
Position your windows so you can see both the Internet Explorer Incoming folder and your Fund.zip file.
Click and drag the Fund.zip file over to the Incoming folder. This will begin the process of uploading your file to DataTeam Systems.
A progress bar should appear, telling how much time is remaining. Wait until it is done copying, then close Internet Explorer.
