Every day DataTeam strives to improve our products and services. Our goal is to listen carefully to the needs of our clients and to provide technologies that will be beneficial to you. As a result of many requests to provide a time and attendance gathering system, DataTeam is pleased to announce that we are now resellers for InfoTronics! While our payroll software can import from a variety of time keeping systems, we needed to be closely aligned with one company to provide the tightest integration. We selected InfoTronics because of their reputation and their software is easily customizable from the largest to the smallest of districts. Plus with InfoTronics from DataTeam, you will get support directly from us, a company you know and trust! We will need a few weeks to get up to speed on InfoTronics, but please let us know of your needs and stay tuned for more announcements!
Since our last newsletter we have released updates to many of our products, and we have still more coming soon! A brief recap will show some of the work we’ve been doing for you.
We are in the middle of an update to Activities Accounting Pro. Clients are being notified as we go to press about what’s new in this product and how to get their free upgrade if they are on support.
We are working on more enhancements for Fund Accounting2 and will have a release in May. We are currently in the midst of releasing a complete rewrite of our Accounts Receivable 2 system. This module integrates fully with Fund Accounting2 and now shares the same easy-to-use interface. If you need to print invoices and track monies owed, this is the program for you. Human Resources 2 and Fixed Asset Inventory2 will soon have releases that offer new features and enhance existing ones, and we’re contemplating what’s next for Lunch Express!
In addition, we have other features and products that we’re working on that we’ll tell you about in the future!
With all these enhancements it is important to keep our great support department up to date so they can better assist you. We’re taking many Monday mornings to train our support staff. So if you call on a Monday morning before 9:00 and you’re told they are in a meeting, please know they’re improving their skills to better serve you! And since we communicate with our clients frequently via email, please let us know if your address changes, or if you have a new operator. It will help us to help you.
