Its amazing how fast time flies, and that
the new year is already in full swing. As we look back on
2002, we count our blessings. Our major accomplishment in
2002 was the release of our new windows version of fund accounting
called Fund Accounting2. Since its release, the
conversion to this new system has been going very well. Nearly
half of our fund accounting clients have converted already.
We will continue to convert more clients at a mutually agreeable
pace, so be sure to check our website for announcements of
conversion workshops.
We have received many compliments on all the
great new features that were added to FA2. Were
glad to bring you those features features that many
of you have been requesting. To mention just a few:
Active/inactive accounts
Order from vendor A and pay vendor B
What if calculations in Payroll
Multiple methods of searching for employees or vendors
Distribute direct deposit by amount or percent
Powerful report writers to build your special reports
Import from eRequisitions to create a detailed PO in
FA2
Much faster processing in general.
Now that we have completed the extensive development of FA2,
we can redirect our efforts to other exciting new enhancements,
products and services. We are on the verge of releasing major
upgrades to our Human Resources2 and Remote software,
and we are working hard on the new Fixed Assets. Stay tuned
for more exciting products to be released in 2003!
Also, in order to serve you better, we have added several
new staff members to our support, sales and administrative
teams. You can learn more about these new team members elsewhere
in this newsletter. If you have questions or comments, please
do not hesitate to contact us. Thats why were
here!
Thank you and have a great new year.
